Each time you have a face to face apppointment with a clinician you will receive a link to your phone by text message to rate your experience at our surgery. 

We actively monitor these and try to improve our services on an ongoing basis.

As this feedback is anonymous we cannot answer anyone on their experiences but these can be put in writing or on email and sent for the attention of the Practice Manager lscicb-gp.stfillans@nhs.net.
